Compliance Mode: Review Your Proposals With Speed and Accuracy

We’re excited to announce a new feature in Ensis—Compliance Mode! You can now review your proposals for compliance with efficiency and accuracy, effortlessly ensuring they meet all key requirements. See it in action, below, and check out a full clickable demo here.

‍How It Works

  1. Outline View: Populate responses to key requirements in Outline View, ensuring all criteria are addressed systematically.
  2. Generate Narrative: Generate a cohesive proposal section from your responses, creating a unified narrative aligned with the requirements.
  3. Activate Compliance Mode: Toggle on Compliance Mode to let AI assess whether each requirement is satisfied, indicated by a filled target icon next to each one.
  4. Visualize Compliance: Click on any fulfilled requirement to highlight where it's addressed in your proposal.
  5. Continuous Compliance Checks: Update your compliance check throughout the authoring process to reflect the latest status of your proposal’s adherence with the RFP requirements.
  6. Manual Overrides: Mark requirements as compliant manually if needed, combining AI accuracy with your own expertise.

Finding the right Resources for your proposals will soon be much easier. You'll be able to tag Resources based on characteristics such as the customer or product line. When creating a new proposal, you can quickly locate the most relevant Resources by filtering based on these tags.
