Take Control with Page Range Selection & Bulk Actions
Take Control: Requirement Extraction with Page Range Selection
You now have greater control over shredding by specifying where Ensis should search for key requirements within your opportunity. This focused approach enhances accuracy, particularly for large projects with multiple attachments. If you’re unsure of the location, you can indicate that no requirements are present or have Ensis review the entire document.

How It Works
Select the relevant pages where key requirements are located.
If you’re unsure, choose “All Pages” to have Ensis analyze the entire document.
If there are no requirements in the file, select “No requirements in this document”.
Ensis will then extract requirements from the specified pages while continuing to leverage all areas of each document for content generation.
This feature makes shredding more accurate while getting the most out of your documents for seamless, AI-powered content generation.
Effortless Organization: Streamline with Bulk Actions
Easily organize and streamline your proposal requirements with “bulk actions”. Now, you can efficiently move multiple requirements between sections and sub-sections, or archive them when they are no longer needed, all in a few clicks.
How It Works
Select the check boxes next to the requirements you want to move or archive.
Click “Move” to choose a destination section or sub-section, or select “Archive” to remove the requirements from active use.
Finalize your action by confirming the destination section or sub-section.

During Proposal Creation: Add, remove, and organize sub-sections as needed to structure your proposal effectively before you begin authoring.
While Authoring: In the Editor, click on a section title to add sub-sections as needed, allowing you to organize your proposal in greater detail.
Seamless Navigation: Move between sections and sub-sections effortlessly, ensuring a smooth content creation experience.
